Beach with Gramma

Ellen had fun at the beach with Gramma and Mommy yesterday. The weather was absolutely perfect and the water was so clear it was like being in a swimming pool. The exciting event of the day was that a bunch of people thought there was a shark in the water. It was actually a Tarpin but it was HUGE and it looked like a shark and it was very close to shore. In fact it was swimming in front of the people in the water. (Oh and oops! Mommy forget Ellen's swim suit at home!)

Big Sister Teal

Ellen's big sister Teal came to visit from June 2-10. They had fun playing, going to the beach, and feeding the monkeys at Monkey Jungle.

Ellen is TWO!

I know, she's been two for a little while now, but I was trying to put a video on here of her blowing out her candles, but it wouldn't work. She had a sprinkler (or as she says, "Prinkler") party. The weather even cooperated. It clouded up when we couldn't take much more of the heat and only rained when we were eating cake at the very end of the party and we were in the screened porch so it didn't matter.

She got her first bicycle from Mommy and Daddy. She loves it but is very sad that one of the tires is broken and she has to wait until June 29th for a new one to come in.

Ellen loved it when Daddy slid her down the Slip n Slide.
